Exchanges or refunds may be handled by contacting email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for the cost of the product ordered plus the tax paid on the item.
Refunds for personalization are non-refundable.
Combined orders that exceed postage calculated at check out will be invoiced for the difference and have the option to pay or cancel the order.
Postage, fees for shipping orders sent based on incorrect shipping information, are all the responsibility of the buyer.
Live plant material damaged in transit is covered by insurance through the carrier /transport service provider and all claims related to shipment damage must be handled directly between the carrier/transport service provider and purchaser for reimbursement.
It is recommended to ship using an overnight service for kit orders containing live plants. This is in particular for planted Arrangements. No plants are shipped international, only planter pot and soil kit.
Care is taken to ensure all contents within shipment are packed appropriately to arrive in as best condition as possible.
Refunds or exchanges do not apply to promotional items sent at no charge.
